It's been a while since that memorable Chanel campaign with Nicole Kidman directed by Baz Luhrmann in 2005.

It looks like Chanel has stars in its eyes again.

Martin Scorsese may be the next fashion directive project the fashion house wants.

This news is on the heels of Dior tapping director David Lynch for a short film.  So Chanel may be feeling an itch not be one upped.

As far as casting goes, how would Robert De Niro, one of Scorsese faves, look as iconic Kaiser Karl?!!
