ON TREND: WANT IT NOW

With that said, we have been foaming at the mouth (call us, rabid for fur) over these Celine fur accessories for Spring-Summer 2013.  They are women's.  Which presents some problems:  too narrow and never a size in the double digits to fit our flat-footed feet.  TRUST or we would buy them.  Not really!!  They're made with fur.  Since we are veggie and animal-friendly, that goes against everything we believe in.  So......

And besides,  Celine does not have a men's line nor can we wait for another retailer to offer it to the male consumer.  (Everything you see in Womenswear usually takes 6 months to a year to wash over to the men's side.  Same colors, silhouettes, ideas).

Well, we ain't waiting a year.

Thus, we have dusted off our old Abercrombie & Fitch (Mountain Pond) footwear from 2004. AND, they are made with faux-fur, which fits our animal/veggie-friendly ethics anyway!!!

We will be featuring our footwear with everything that Celine has offered in the S/S 2013 campaign.  A/F faux-fur sandal with: a). black "leather" trousers b). black silk-satin pants  c). natural linen canvas trousers d). white charmeuse trousers

Side note:  Most of these easy, breezy  aforementioned trousers (some with drawstrings) can be found on the cheap at stores like H&M, Club Monaco, TopShop.

In addition, we will feature the shoes with denim, and,  with our bermuda/walking shorts.

Who knew Abercrombie was so far ahhhhhhhhhead with this trend.... a SOLID 9 years ahead!!!!  Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

TIp:  For those of you that NOW want a pair of these A/F faux-fur "Mountain Pond" flip flops-- from 2004-- so you too can follow our lead and this trend, may we recommend a secondary market for acquiring said shoes, like Ebay!!
