AD MAD

We're over summer (and, it is only June 15th) and ready for Fall 2011, A.S.A.P.

Living 5+ years in Las Vegas will do that to you. We no longer have any interest in endless days of degrees past 90+, no matter what part of the country it is.

Ever been stuck on I-15 near the Sahara exit in 105 temps, traffic backed up, windows down because the car can overheat with the a/c on? We have. Months of it!! Been there, done that and don't wish for a repeat. That's why as cold as it gets from December to February, we NEVER BITCH!! We happily dress in layers and continue to try to figure out how to bottle all that cold weather for July!!

Looking at the new FW 2011 Burberry ad, below, is going to make the next couple of months torturous.

A quick, cool respite will arrive mid-July when the Fall 2011 collections will start trickling into our favorite Barney's store (Beverly Hills).

Then, we can start caressing the luxurious fabrics, mapping out our color stories and making our "Fall Wish List."

But right now, we are just left to be mad about this ad!!
