VERSACE--NOT ONLY A BRAND, ZAHLINKS, IT'S A BUILDING

Donatella Versace is making over The Clock Tower Building per Lev Leviev.

The dragulous designer will design 55 apartments.

This will include a six-story penthouse with its own spa, wine storage facility and cigar room--Donetella is lending her personal design deft hand to the complex's "club."

In true Versace fashion the designs will take years, $110 million, and move-ins scheduled for February 2010.
